Welcome to mb365, a legally operated and responsibly managed online entertainment and wagering platform for adult users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and mb365 ("Platform", "We").

• "Balance" — the total funds available in a member's mb365 account at any given time, including cash deposits and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus" — additional funds or free credits granted by mb365 to members based on specific promotional terms.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirements" — the minimum wagering amount a member must reach before any bonus or bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required before a withdrawal is processed, including submission of valid identification documents.
• "Fair Play" — a gaming system that uses an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated.

To register and use the mb365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• An individual (not a company, organisation, or business entity).

Mb365 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member suspected of engaging in suspicious activity, including attempts to access another person's account, money laundering-related activity, or any conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions.

Mb365 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions for members. Accepted payment methods include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the platform's deposit page at any given time.
• All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being forfeited.
• Mb365 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your own name that has completed the KYC verification process.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who meet all relevant promotion requirements.
• Mb365 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Promotion abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related bonuses and wins.

• The outcome of all games is final once determined by the system and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, mb365 will endeavour to restore the original state or provide appropriate compensation based on system records.
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed by the system cannot be withdrawn or amended.
• Mb365 reserves the right to void bets suspected of involving fraud or system manipulation.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the mobile and desktop versions of a game, the result recorded on the mb365 main server shall be considered final.

All games on mb365 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an accredited independent body. This ensures every spin, card hand, or game outcome is genuinely random and fair to all players without exception.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mb365 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where necessary:

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system.
• Money Laundering: Using the mb365 platform as a channel to process illicit funds or conceal the source of money.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account under the same name or using another person's identity.
• Technical Abuse: Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorised advantages.
• Threats & Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely towards mb365 staff or other members.

Mb365 provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance of the platform. That said, mb365 is committed to maintaining uptime exceeding 99.6% and will make every effort to resolve any technical disruptions promptly.

Mb365 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mb365's control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a member sharing their account login credentials with a third party.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of anticipated profits.

In all circumstances, mb365's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total cash deposits (excluding bonuses) made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mb365 takes our responsibility to protect your personal data seriously. All information you provide during registration and use of the platform is stored and processed in accordance with the mb365 Privacy Policy, available at our Privacy Policy page.

In brief, mb365 collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Management and verification of member accounts.
• Secure processing of financial transactions.
• Compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
